About Me

Hello! My name is Ms. Kathryn Ferro. I will be your child’s 3rd grade teacher this year. This is my seventh year teaching, and my second year at Greenbrier Elementary. I have taught both fourth, fifth, and now third grade. I am so excited to partner with both you and your child in order to make this a fantastic school year. I grew up in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, but relocated to the South for college. From the time I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. Many of my elementary, middle school, high school, and college teachers encouraged me to pursue education. In May 2017, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University. I am currently working towards a Master's degree in Educational Technology.
