Marleen Hygema

Welcome

I am so excited to start my 22nd year in public education. I grew up in the Columbia area and moved to Greenville to attend college. I graduated from North Greenville University with a teaching degree. I completed a Master's Degree in English as a Second Language from Furman University as well as an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration from Clemson University. I have been extremely blessed to work in Greenville County for my entire career. I absolutely LOVE my job. Some of my other hobbies are reading, traveling, and taking care of my three dogs.
