I have the privilege of teaching here at Lakeview Middle School. This is my 8th year teaching and my third at Lakeview. I will be Co-Teaching Math 8 and ELA 8.
About Me
I am a graduate of Converse College, where I received my Masters of Arts in Teaching in Special Education with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities. Prior to my masters, I obtained my undergraduate degree at Clemson University. After working several years in the private sector, I volunteered from 2009 -2011 with the United States Peace Corps. I was a teacher for deaf and multi-handicap students in Mumias, Kenya. It was there that I developed a deep passion for students with special needs and for teaching.
Office Hours: I am available to assist students before school Monday-Friday from 8:00-8:30. Appointments are encouraged.
