Classroom Management Plan

Each student has a daily behavior sheet that goes home every day. Parents initial each night to ensure communication on daily behavior and classroom updates.

Behavior management strategies are incorporated based on an individual needs and in accordance with behavior intervention plans as needed. We incorporate "first/then" strategies to reinforce behaviors and provide structure throughout the day.

We have a new Social Emotional Curriculum this year using Whole Body Listening and Social Thinking. We incorporate these principals and strategies throughout the day.

We also use a sticker chart token system to reinforce positive behaviors and students can earn the treasure box when they fill up their chart.

Students with specific behavior plans (Behavior Support Plans, Crisis Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans) are also followed according to individual specifications.
