Meet Mrs. Latham

My name is Kelly Latham, and I am thrilled to be at Gateway Elementary for my second year as Reading Specialist! I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Lander University and a Master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Furman University. I have 20 years of teaching experience that includes first grade, second grade, ESOL, and reading intervention. I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach and have twelve years of experience tutoring students using this method.
