Drop Off and Dismissal

Arrival Procedures:

Unless students are a bus rider, no students should be dropped off prior to 7:20 a.m. There is no

supervision before 7:15 a.m. except for students riding buses. All students in my classroom will go directly to the

cafeteria upon arrival then to the classrooms. Students should be in their classrooms and ready to begin work

at 7:55 a.m. Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. must be escorted to the office by the adult dropping them off. They

will be given a permission slip to enter class late. Punctuality is a quality of good citizenship. Please help your

child to be on time!

Dismissal Procedures:

Students are dismissed at 2:30 p.m. All early dismissals must be completed before 2:00 p.m. to

enable our teachers to finish instruction for the school day and dismiss students in an orderly

manner without interruptions. All students should be picked up from carpool no later than 3:00

p.m. when staff members finish their assigned supervision duties.
