About Mr. Kliewer

My name is James Kliewer. This is my 18th year at Bryson, teaching mostly 6th - 8th grade math, and 39th year of teaching. I am orginally from California, where I taught Middle School for 20 years. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Education from Bob Jones University in 1984 and my Masters Degree from Grand Canyon University in 2007. I have also taken graduate classes from Fresno Pacific University and Clemson University.

My wife and I have been married for 17 years and have three daughters ages 13,13, and 11. We also have a 1 year old puppy names Darcy.

As a family we like to visit State Parks. My hobbies are reading, hiking, and inventing/building educational games and toys. Some of these will be used in the classroom.
