Welcome to the JL Mann Choral Department. I am Ms. Tica Sullivan and I have taught choral music since 1996. I began teaching in Hoke County, North Carolina. I moved back to Greenville to teach after my first year of teaching. I am a graduate of the Greenville County School system and the Fine Arts Center. I received my undergraduate degree at the College of Charleston, my Master of Education in Leadership at Southern Wesleyan University, and managed to rank Corporal in the Army Reserves somewhere along the way. I am also the Executive Director of Upstate GEMS, a non profit organization for mentoring young ladies. I have one awesome son, Jordan, AKA La Kenzie, who is also a graduate of J.L. Mann!

I am looking forward to a great year of making music with a group of fine musicians. My goal for them is to expand on the elements and principles that you have learned in order to produce expressive and technically accurate music.
