-Our Classroom Behavior Management System

This year our class will be using the behavior management system, ClassDojo. As with any behavior system the goal is to promote appropriate, consistent, respectful behavior. ClassDojo is an excellent, efficient approach to monitoring both positive behaviors as well as behaviors that need work.

Once you are connected to ClassDojo, you will be able to monitor your child’s behavior throughout the day from your computer or mobile device. Please make sure you are also checking ClassDojo in the evenings. It is important for you to stay involved and connected to provide meaningful support for your child this year.

Our class will be discussing specific behaviors that we want to promote and display this year. We call this our “Essential Agreement”. Once these behaviors have been determined I will communicate them to you. I am excited to partner with you this year to support your child in demonstrating appropriate behavior in my class.
