Hello, my name is Heidi Sever, welcome to my website! I am happily married to my dear husband, John. We have two children, John Michael (30) and Kaili (27). Our son is married to his life-long friend, Amanda and they blessed us with our first grandchild, Greyson Michael on September 11, 2018 and... our 2nd grandchild, Adeline, on August 25 2021! Our daughter is a graduate of NGU and was a second grade teacher at Hampton Park Christian school. She and her husband, Christopher Riddle also blessed us with grandchild #3, Woodrow on February 4, 2021 and #4, Rosie on May 26, 2023! We have a happy little quiver! We moved here from DeLand, Florida in August 2007...and we LOVE South Carolina!

I began my teaching career in 1988. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in Early Childhood. I have earned my Master's +30 degree in Early Childhood and ELA. I have had the awesome privilege to teach at Skyland Elementary for the last 16 years. I love teaching First Grade! I look forward to getting to know my new class and expect great things from them!
