Grading Scale:

M= The student consistently meets or exceeds end-of-year expectations for this standard.

P= The student shows expected growth/progress in meeting this end of the year standard.

B= The student is beginning to progress toward meeting this end-of-year standard.

N= The student needs intensive support at school and home to develop this end-of-year standard.

Procedures for Non-Instructional Routines:

1. No students will be dismissed from class unless they are picked up by a parent or guardian.

2. If your child needs to be picked up by someone different for the day or ride a different bus, please make sure to call the school or send a note by your child, no exceptions.

3. In the event of a fire, earthquake, tornado, or bomb threat, students will quickly, but quietly line up at the door. We will then proceed to walk quickly and quietly to our designated area.

Field Trips:

Several trips will be scheduled throughout the school year. I will inform you when a trip will take place at least two weeks prior to the trip. If any parent wishes to help chaperon a field trip they must attend the volunteer orientation meetings prior to the field trip.
