About Me

My name is Greta Nelson.  I graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.  After several years of teaching 4th and 5th grade, I got my middle level certification in math.  This will be my 17th year at League Academy, and my 22nd year with Greenville County. 

I have a wonderful husband who I have been married to for 11 years.  Family means so much to us and we try to spend as much time as we can together. I  have a 10 year old daughter who is in 5th grade.  We got a  German Shepard (during COVID)  named Millie.  She is a lot of fun and brings our family a lot of joy!

I love shopping (honestly too much), and enjoy doing house projects.  My favorite place to visit is the beach, but there is nothing like being in your own home. 

I am super excited about being back in the classroom and look forward to wonderful school year together.
