Grades
Test/Project - Major (50%)
A summative assessment given at the end of a unit. It will occasionally be a test, but we hope to have more projects.
Lessons - Minor (50%)
Each unit, we have Quizizz slideshows that we go through. There can be between 1-5 each week, and I take an average of that week's scores as a grade. We also have around 2 graded assignments each week, usually on paper (though they can be completed online/printed and done at home using Google Classroom).
Gimkit Practice - Extra Credit/LiveSchool Points
At the start of every unit, students will be assigned a Gimkit that they have the entire unit to complete. This will act as a study guide for tests, and students can earn 5 points extra on a test or 3 LiveSchool points for its completion.
