I am super excited to share that this will be my 27th year teaching! I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. This is my 12th year teaching at Monarch Elem.
Not only do I enjoy teaching, I LOVE learning!
I am originally from Homestead, FL (near Miami). My husband Ted and I moved to Greenville 16 years ago. We have twin boys, Joshua and Jacob, and our youngest, Daniel. They keep us on our toes with their extracurricular activities.
I was raised in Homestead, Florida. I have four sisters and three brothers. I am the oldest of 8 children. A majority of them still live in Florida. I get to visit them during the summer. I played the alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, guitar, and violin growing up. My family was a mariachi band and I was the violinist. My nieces and sisters are still playing.
