Coach Mac

Hello there everyone... My name is Ford McDonald... or as the students call me "Coach Mac". I am a 2009 Clemson Tiger (B.S.) and a 2011 University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagle (M.S.) graduate. This is my 3rd year at Carolina High School and very excited be a part of the Digital Literacy team this school year. When the students aren't "getting their learn on" during my class, I spend a great chunk of time with our football and baseball teams. I serve as Varsity QBs and Special Teams Coordinator for the football program during the Fall as well as the Head JV Baseball Coach and Varsity Pitching Coach during the Spring. When I am not teaching or coaching, I enjoy reading mystery novels, chasing the little white ball around the golf course, fantasy football/baseball and being in a pool or lake if possible I love this school and community and couldn't imagine a better place to be! Go Trojans!!
