4^TH GRADE DISCIPLINE/CONSEQUENCES

As a grade level, we have developed 5 very important rules the students are expected to follow on a daily basis.

Rules

1. I am responsible for myself, my actions, and my choices.

2. I always come prepared to learn.

3. I will respect everyone in my school with my speech and actions.

4. I will keep my hands, feet, and all objects to myself.

5. I will follow directions politely the first time they are given.

Consequences

1 = Warning

2 = Student/Teacher Conference

3 = Silent Lunch

4 = Office Referral
