About Me

Welcome to the High School ESOL program! My name is Karen Pendergrass and this is my 19th year in education. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, ESOL certification K4-12th grade, a Master's degree in Principalship K4-12th grade, a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and in December of 2022 a Doctorate in Curriculum and Assessment. When I am not studying I am also a children's book author. I love to travel and cannot wait to meet each of you and learn about your cultures!
