Hello parents and students!

We know that this has been a difficult journey and we appreciate your support and patience as we have all navigated eLearning together!

We are saddened by the fact that we are unable to have our usual end of year celebrations but we will still have a virtual awards ceremony. It will be recorded and sent out to parents and students during the last week of school. Parents and students will receive an email invite to view the video closer to the date.

To close out the school year, we will need to collect back Chromebooks and return student items. We have laid out a detailed plan that will allow us to do this in the safest manner possible while observing social distancing guidelines that are currently in place. Please see below for complete instructions.

1. June 1st-June 4th students will be assigned a time to arrive at the school based on their homeroom teacher.

2. Parents will pull into the car rider line and REMAIN IN THE VEHICLE.

3. Cars should remain in one line- we will not double stack

4. Parents should allot a minimum of 30 minutes to complete this process.

5. A staff member will come to the car to collect Chromebook, Charger, and any other items that must be returned (this includes library books, textbooks, school owned instruments, sports uniforms, etc).

6. Students lockers, PE lockers, musical instruments, yearbooks and other items have all been placed in a bag and labeled with their name.

7. A staff member will bring the bag of items out to the car.

8. If you have medications in the nurse’s office you will be asked to pull around to the parking lot after you receive your items and the nurse will come out to your car.

9. Due to scheduling over 950 families, we ask that you make every effort possible to come at your assigned time. If you cannot come at your assigned time, you will need to complete the form listed here by May 20th so that you can be rescheduled. The school will send an email/ text with a new time. Pick up will only take place June 1st- June 4th during the designated time frames.

10. Report cards will be available on the student portal after June 4th .

We miss our students and all the life and laughter they bring to our halls. This has been a very hard way to end the year but we are thankful for the moments we have shared. We wish everyone a happy and healthy summer and look forward to being reunited soon.
