PE Information

First and foremost we want you to be healthy. This course will focus on three separate aspects:

1.) Personal Health

2.) Physical Fitness

3.) Teamwork through Sports

Through these three topics, you will participate in a variety of activities that you can use to be active and maintain your health for the rest of your life. Use the the tabs to the left to learn more about myself and exactly what you will be doing this semester.
