HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata

Interval training and Tabata workouts are two of my favorite activities to do at home. This is a video has a warm-up, 20 second intervals of different exercises with 10 second rests in between. All you need is a timer and you can even create your own!

This workout includes push-ups, jumping jacks, ab exercises, mountain climbers, and lunges. Remember you can modify where needed (instead of push-ups, try plank or push-ups from your knees). In just 4 minutes, you will feel the burn!
