About Me

My name is Carla Janosky. I have been teaching for 24.5 years. I am a proud 1994 graduate of Clemson University and I am also a native of Travelers Rest, South Carolina. I graduated from Travelers Rest High School in 1990. I completed my Masters Degree from Clemson University in the area of Teaching and Learning with an emphasis in English Language Learners in May of 2016.

I am married to my college sweetheart. We have have been married for 28 years and have two children. I have a daughter who is a college sophomore and a son who is a college senior. We love to spend time together camping, enjoying football games, and traveling (especially to Disney World).

I am excited to be teaching students at Riverside High School. We will be practicing and improving our English skills in the area of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. It is exciting to see the children learn and grow each day in a warm and inviting environment.
