Your Child's Teachers

  I am Carol Griffin and this is my 29th year of teaching. I have taught first grade, kindergarten and love teaching 4K. This is my third year at Greenview. I taught twenty-four years at Monaview Elementary, two years at Northwest and now Greenview CDC.  I graduated from Southern Weslyan University. I am also National Board Certified Teacher twice. I am highly qualified.  I am a 2009-10 graduate of the IDEA Program that is sponsored by the Peace Center. The strategies learned help me foster an environment where I integrate the arts and academics into my classroom.

   A Little About Myself:  I was a nurse for fifteen years before I began my teaching career. I have two children and a son and daughter. Megan, Taylor,  A son in law and daughter in law, Nathan and Bruna. I have two grandchildren, Madelynn Rose and Margaret Grace.  My mother Catherine lives with my family also.  We have a sweet little Yorkie named "Bella" that also lives with us.  I love teaching 4K.
