About Me

I would like to think that I first began my teaching career at the very early age of Kindergarten, where I met my first class of Beanie Baby students. Since then, my passion has remained and has continued to grow in education. I pursued my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education from the University of North Florida and graduated in 2011.

I have teaching experience in second grade, 4K, and kindergarten. This year will be my fourth year teaching at Welcome Elementary.

Along side of my passion for teaching, I love the outdoors and spend much of my time hiking, camping, and exploring with my dogs Gunner and Maverick.

Though a recent Floridian, I love being closer to the mountains and commonly spend my weekends enjoying the fresh mountain air.
