ESOL Mission Statement

The ESOL program strives to give children from all over the world a

new language and new opportunities for the future.

ESOL Program Purpose

The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program provides

equal educational opportunity for students of limited English proficiency.

The program offers English instruction to speakers of other languages,

so they will develop the skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

The ultimate goal is to develop students who are fully functional in English and

who are capable of achieving success in the regular English-language curriculum.
