Hello! I’m Ashley Tuttle, and I am excited to be your virtual PE teacher. I grew up in the small town of Alverton, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Southmoreland high school, I attended Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, WV. I played division II college softball for A-B and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Recreational Sports Management, with a minor in Secondary Education. I then earned my Masters in Physical Education from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.

My years in education include teaching two years of health in the Lima City School District in Lima, Ohio. I then relocated to South Carolina the summer of 2015 so that my husband could attend Sherman Chiropractic College. He now has his own practice, Premiere Chiropractic Solutions, located in Duncan, SC. This will be my 8th year teaching for Greenville County Schools and I am excited to be on year three with the Virtual Program!

Aside from teaching I have a 2 year-old son, Levi who keeps my husband and I in the defensive position at all times (he is on the GO!). In my spare time, I enjoy sourdough baking, worm farming, camping, gardening, spin classes, and working out.

I am looking forward to this year! Although the delivery of the class will look much different than the typical PE class, it is my hope that this class will help you enhance your current fitness level, provide you with stress relief, and give you the knowledge to practice a lifetime of fitness.

It’s going to be a G R E A T year!
