Hello,

My name is Mrs. Amy Reese and this is my 8th year as School Counselor at Armstrong Elementary School this year. I am so excited to be here and working with the students. My husband and I have two sons, Drew and Hunter. Both are married and we have two grandchildren and are expecting two more in September. We also have two very spoiled cats and one rotten dog.

My professional background includes being a college financial aid counselor, college student coordinator for a graduate program and 9 years as a high school counselor. It has always been my dream to be able to work in an elementary setting and now that dream has coming true! I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Furman University. I earned a Master's degree in Education in Counseling and Guidance Services from Clemson University. I earned an additional 30 graduate hours in School Counseling at Clemson University. I am National Board Certified in School Counseling by NBPTS through 2030.
