Homework

Spelling: Weekly spelling homework Monday through Wednesday and spelling quiz on Thursday. Spelling homework should be turned in on Thursday morning. 

Math: Daily homework will be given Monday-Thursday and will be turned in daily and gone over with Mr. King. 

Reading: Your child should be reading each night at home to build strong reading skills and good practices as an independent reader. 

Please keep in mind that the purpose of homework is to reinforce skills and concepts we learned in class and to teach responsibility. 

Homework should be kept in your child's agenda for easy access.Your child should be able to complete homework independently, but you are encouraged to review it along with your child.
