Ms. Crystal Chappell

My name is Crystal Chappell. I am thrilled to be your child’s 4^th grade teacher. This is my fourth year at Monaview. The school year is definitely going to be a year unlike any other, but we're all in this together! I am super excited to have another fantastic year.

A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Pickens County. I love spending time with my family and enjoying the great outdoors! I have one dog named Chi Chi. This summer my family and I mostly stayed at home, but we did enjoy some time visiting orchards and picking blueberries!

Mi nombre es Crystal Chappell.. Estoy muy emocionada de ser su maestra de 4^th grado. Este será mi cuarto año en Monaview. Sé que este año será muy diferente para todos, pero lo lograremos juntos! De todos modos, estoy muy emocionada de tener otro año fantástico.

Un poquito sobre mi. Nací y crecí en Pickens. Soy muy apegada a mi familia y me encanta pasar tiempo con ellos. Tengo un perrro llamado Chi Chi. y dos gatos. Este verano me quede en la casa mayormente, pero disfrutamos mucho visitando huertos y recogiendo arándanos.

Mrs. Camelia Fernandez

My name is Camelia Fernandez, and I am super excited to be your child’s fourth grade teacher this year! I am originally from Puerto Rico, but I lived in Florida for many years. I have worked as a teacher for a total of 12 years in second, third, and fourth grade. I have two boys of my own, Carlos who is 12 years old and Marco who is 8 years old, and a wonderful husband. We also have a dog, Alana and a guinea pig, Lula! I love spending time with my family and friends. I'm looking forward to a great year!

Mi nombre es Camelia Fernández y me siento sumamente emocionada de ser la maestra de cuarto grado de su hijo/a. Originalmente, soy de Puerto Rico, pero viví en Florida por muchos años. He trabajado como maestra un total de 13 años en segundo, tercero, y cuarto grado. Tengo dos hijos, Carlos tiene 12 años y Marco tiene 8, y un esposo maravilloso. También tenemos una perrita llamada Alana y un guinea pig llamada Lula. Me encanta pasar tiempo en familia y con amistades.

Mrs. Laura-Catherine Kirschner

My name is Laura-Catherine Kirschner. I am thrilled to be your child’s 4^th grade teacher. This is my fifth year at Monaview. I know this year will be very different from the past but we will make it through together! I am still very excited to have another fantastic year.

A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Greenville. I am the second of four children. I am very close with my family and spend a lot of free time with them. This summer I married my best friend, Jason. We have two dogs, Belle and Sophie. We love to travel and hike. I can’t wait to tell you about my summer vacation to Montana!

Un poquito sobre mi. Nací y crecí en Greenville. Soy muy cercana a mi familia y me encanta pasar tiempo con ellos. Este verano me casé con mi mejor amigo, Jason. Tenemos dos perrros Belle y Sophie. Nos encanta viajar e ir en caminatas. No puedo esperar para contarles de mis vacaciones de verano en Montana!
