The Behavior Response Support Team or BRST has been at Silver Hills Elementary for the past two years! They have created four different ways to access their material. This is a great resources for parents! Each day they post short, animated videos with content to support parents providing remote learning at home. The topics include behavior management tips, remote academic instruction tips, social-emotional learning tips, and more.
This is something that your kids can do to calm their mind. I will post a new video at least weekly. The videos are researched based-guided mindfulness sessions. Created by nonprofit Committee for Children.
