GEAR Philosophy:

To support students 18-21, who have met all graduation requirements, to find and maintain gainful employment with assistance through all steps from job searching, resume/application assistance, interview support to job maintenance assistance.

To assist students in their pursuit of their personal level of independence through instruction of adult readiness skills, job readiness skills, community based instruction, future planning, entrepreneur exploration, and community service.
