Weekly Homework*

Students will be assigned homework two times. These assignments will consist of approximately 5 problems from the CPM Text book. These problems will cover new material and previous concepts. Homework will be posted to my portal / Google Calendar (subscribe here). During typical weeks, homework will be assigned Monday and Wednesday.

Monday homework is due Wednesday.

Wednesday homework is due Friday.

Students will be responsible for checking and correcting their own work based on the answer key provided. I find this provides the best opportunity for them to recognize, evaluate & correct errors in thinking. At times I will collect papers to check work - at times I will not - I will always check with each student to ensure completion of homework. Students will be given 2 points on the infinite campus gradebook when homework is complete. Incomplete homework will receive a 1 while missing homework will receive a 0. Students without homework will be asked to complete a google form identifying the reason for missing work.

Any missing or incomplete homework may be turned in until the day of the current chapter test.
