Research in "J.PSC Lab" is focused on understanding the mechanism of rare disease. We do this by using induced pluripotent stem cell(iPSC), various cell differentiation protocols, and genome editing technology.
Our research in particularly focused on analyzing the epigenetic properties of diseases using iPSCs to develop platform that can evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of precision medicine. We also apply next generation sequencing(NGS) to understand change in epigenetic or genetic domain such as lamina associated domains (LADs) or topologically associated domains (TADs).
We are focusing on Epigenetics, Disease modeling and Drug screening platform using
Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)
We are recruiting highly motivated
M.S. course student, M.S./PhD course student and Post-doc
