2022 KROS Simulation Autonomous Drone Racing

Autonomous Drone Racing Section

  • Only those who register for the Kroc2022 can apply

  • Autonomous Drone Competition is held in teams

  • A maximum of 10 people per team is allowed

  • Each team should choose a team captain and mark it in the application form.

Competition Configuration

From the main computer, sensor message(ex. RGB-D, IMU, Barometer, Home position) is received to user computer using 5GHz WIFI. Control message(ROS message) is sent to the main computer. Simulation Drone will fly using participant's control message

Competition Rule

    1. Start lap time measurement after takeoff

    2. Pass through 14 gates sequentially

    3. After passing all gates and lands at the starting point, the lap time measurement ends

    4. You can try as many time as you want within the specified time (15 min)

    5. Code modification is allowed during given time

    6. Submit your code after competition
