1098-T Information

Refer to receipts to determine the amount of qualified tuition and fees paid.

1098-T forms are mailed each year in late January. Do not attach the Form 1098-T to the tax return. Keep this form with tax documentation.

Log into your student portal Hornet 365:

1. Students

2. Financial Center link

3. Student Account Center link

4. Enter your Username and Password

5. View Statements link

6. Select the View button twice
