I wanted to take this opportunity to share a very personal update with my Excel Family. As many of your know, my wife Jess and I have been in the adoption process for about a year.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been placed with a birth mother and her due date is rapidly approaching. This of course is incredibly exciting but unfortunately, never a sure thing until after the birth. Therefore sharing where we are in the process isn't easy but I do want to let you know that any time in the next three weeks, we expect to travel to where the mother lives to be with her during the birth, and stay for 10-12 days with our new baby before returning home.

Our coaching staff is fully up to speed and ready to continue with all day to day operations during my absence and I am very grateful to have their support.

Thanks so much for being an incredibly supportive group of families and I look forward to sharing more good news very soon. 

USA Swimming's Virtual Club Championship 

Spring Hill - This Monday, following the Meet, we will be canceling all Monday AM practices but will resume afternoon schedule as normal.

Gallatin- While we will have a full practice schedule for Monday, there will be no Junior practice on Saturday, 5/24 at the GCC.

Heat Winner: Place in the top three swimmers in your age group for number of races won throughout the year. This award tends to favor those athletes that are attending meets, swimming a lot of events, racing hard but most importantly, improving throughout the year.  Winners will receive a "Heat Winner" bag tag.
IM Hall of Fame Level 1- Attain a Southeastern Championship Qualifying time standard in every event available for your age group.
IM Hall of Fame Level 2- Attain an Age Group Sectionals Championship Qualifying time standard in every event available for your age group.
IM Hall of Fame Level 3- Attain an NCSA Junior National Championship Qualifying time standard in every event available for your age group.

Olympians, SEC Champions, officials, swim moms and vendors are just some of the folks who have made an appearance.
