Ms. Tran was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She graduated from Independence High School, where she played on the basketball team. Go Sixers! She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education teaching credential at San Jose State University.

Some fun facts about her:

• She has been sky diving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving

• She has 2 bull terriers (Chico and Chanel)

• She has traveled to Vietnam, Mexico, & South Africa

• She enjoys family time, live music, and surfing
