Rules and Procedures:

· Students must have a Doty Middle School ID card to check out books.

· Students may check out two books at a time.

· The loan period for books is two weeks.

· Students may renew a book twice.

· There is a $25 fee for a lost book (accompanied by a letter signed by all teachers and a parent).
