The conference is open to the general public. Scholars, students, and anyone who is interested in the subject matter are welcome to attend the conference. There is no charge for attending the panels. The conference meals and banquets, however, are only open to the speakers, session chairs, discussants, translators, support team, and other registered attendees.

Registration fees for delegates and attendees:

$100 or equivalent in Euro or RMB/CNY at the time of registration (The fees cover lunches, tea/coffee breaks, receptions, banquets, and organized cultural events during the conference. Refreshments are provided throughout the day.) The payment can only be made in cash. If you have received any form of funding from the Conference, we ask you to kindly provide copies of your passport page and visa to China for accounting purpose. Details about reimbursement/release of grant will be provided at registration.

Upon registration, you will receive the conference badge, which also serves as the pass for all the conference events (including banquets). Please have your badge with you throughout the conference period.

Notes about the hotels: We have blocked a number of rooms in both hotels, and have submitted the reservations (with names of the delegates, the desired room types, and check-in and check-out dates) to the hotels. Depending on the availability of the types of rooms, single occupant may be checked into either a single room or a double/standard room without roommate at the same rate. The hotels accept cash in CNY or bank cards issued by banks in China. Please be reminded that bank/credit cards issued by non-Chinese banks can only be used at very limited places in China.
