EL and Equity

Grayslake Community High School supports families from all over the world to our learning community. As required by the state of Illinois, Grayslake North provides programs to meet the linguistic and academic needs of students whose native language is other than English—English Learners (ELs). The purpose is to accelerate English language literacy and value each student’s social and cultural knowledge.
