During this year of professional development, I worked to establish the foundational and necessary routines, instructional structures, classroom artifacts, and tech knowledge required to bring blended learning successfully into my classroom. By focusing on classroom culture, space and instructional strategies, I was able to ensure that my classroom continues to be a community where student learning and development can thrive.
