Please join the Art Teachers of Council Rock for a Virtual Neon Paint Night!
The cost of the event is $20 per kit.
The kit includes a black light flash light, batteries, canvas, bottles of neon paint, black paint, paintbrushes, a mixing tray, glow necklaces and a link to a site filled with samples and video guides created by our CR Art Teachers!
Important Details for the event...
PICK-UP OF KITS:
We will host a drive-thru pick-up night where you pick up your paint kits without even having to leave the comfort of your car! There will be two nights for you to pick up your kit. The pick- up nights are March 24 and March 25 from 6:00 - 8:00 at Council Rock High School South.
PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT:
There is not one set day or time to participate in the event. You and your family can choose a time that is convenient for you between April 5 and April 11! In your kit you will receive a link to a site that has an introduction video, sample ideas and short videos to help guide you (all created by the CR Art Teachers). We encourage you to get your GLOW on and make a fun neon night out of participating!
SHARING YOUR WORK:
At the conclusion of the event, we will ask you to share a photo with us! We would love to share all of your art with the entire community! The link for this will also be included in your kit!
PROCEEDS OF THE EVENT:
All proceeds of event will benefit the Catharine Maynard Art Scholarship which is awarded to graduating students at both Cr North and CR South who are pursuing the arts after high school.
