FOOD ALLERGY AWARENESS
When dining at Kettering, you can have peace of mind when choosing your meal. We work hard to identify all dishes prepared with the top nine allergens (see chart on left), and advise diners with food allergies to do the following:
Check for the allergen icons on menus (see icons on left), or check the "contains" statement after the menu description.
Read ingredient labels and descriptions of all food items.
Ask to meet with the chef. Simple conversations with the chef can make your dining experience a lot easier. The chef can go over ingredients used in recipes with you, and how the meal was prepared.
Ask our food service staff. We would love to help you find the answer you need. If you are unsure about a dish, we recommend you avoid consuming it and ask about alternative options.
