CPS will be reopening schools beginning in January 2021. Prior to reopening schools, CPS needs to here from YOU, the parent/guardian! We need to know if your child/children will be returning or continuing with Remote Learning.
The first wave of students scheduled to return will be those in the Cluster Programs (117, 120, 203 & 307) and Pre-K/Headstart students. This group is scheduled to return on Monday, January 4th and will be in class Monday-Friday.
All other elementary school students will return in February 2021, on a hybrid schedule, meaning they will come to school two days a week and be home three days a week. Student will participate in Asynchronous Learning during the three non-attendance days.
If you have NOT already completed documentation sent by CPS, please complete this form, to let New Sullivan know of your intentions. The deadline to complete the form is TODAY, December 7th, 2020!
If you do not respond or opt out, your child will be placed in Remote Learning, for the remainder of the second quarter. You will not be able to change your choice until the third quarter. If you opt in but decide to change your child to Remote Learning, you may, during the semester.
