College Rep Visits
When do they start? College Rep visits start in September.
What days will they be, and what times will they be? Typically, the visits will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10:15 AM-11:15 AM, and 12:45 PM-1:45 PM (with some variation).
How do I sign up? Register for a session through Naviance. Go to Clever, and then Naviance. Once in Naviance, go to "Colleges" > "College Visits" > "ViewDetails" > "Register Now."
How do I get a pass? Use SmartPass!
How do I login to Naviance?
Through Clever: Scroll down until you see Naviance. Click on Naviance, and it should take you to your account.
Through Naviance Student: Student usernames are the first three letters of their last name, followed by the first three letters of their first name, and then followed by the last four numbers of their Student ID Number. Passwords are a student's complete Student ID Number. Students can find their Student ID Number at the top of their PowerSchool account, or they can contact their School Counselor for their Student ID Number.
How do I sign up for a College Rep visit once I'm in Naviance?
Click on the "Colleges" tab at the top of the screen.
Click on "College Visits."
You will be able to see the college, date, time, and location of the visit.
Click on "Register."
Set yourself a reminder on your phone so you do not forget to attend!
Pro Tip
Ensure that all of the colleges that you are interested in are saved in your "Colleges I'm Thinking About" list, and you will receive a notification when one of those colleges has signed up to visit Wando!
