**Change of clothing (socks, shirt, pants) in a Ziploc gallon bag to be kept at school in case the student falls into the mud on the playground, there's a spill at lunch, or the student has an accident. 

*Please label all supplies with your child's name.

• Backpack

• Headphones- no earbuds

• 5 boxes-24 Crayola crayons

• Pencil Box

• Scissors

• 2 Dozen Pencils (Pre-sharpened)

• 15 Glue Sticks

• GermX

• Disinfectant Wipes

• Paper Towels

• 3 Play-Doh containers

• 2 boxes of tissues

• Baby Wipes (optional)

• Gallon and/or quart Ziploc bags (optional)

* Please purchase slide-on/Velcro shoes for your child if he/she cannot tie shoes.
