His passion for real estate, attention to detail, eye for design, temperament, love of the outdoors, combined with his business acumen, results in a smart balanced competent approach in navigating the real estate marketplace. 

Richard lives in in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, just outside of Blue Ridge, Georgia.  His background in the sporting goods market, combined with his many outdoor passions, make Richard an ideal fit for finding not only your dream home, but a dream location, as well. 

When he is not serving his clients real estate needs, Richard pursues his passions, including mountain biking, trail running, dual sport moto, fly fishing, sporting clays, paddling and hiking. And yes, he’s in a perfect location for all of those!

His mother was one of the first ASLA registered women landscape architects in Georgia, so he’s grown up around real estate design and development. Richard is a graduate of University of Georgia (Journalism) and Southern Methodist University (MBA).

Some of his favorite brands he’s worked at include True Temper Sports, CamelBak, Joby and LowePro.  He’s also a past board member of the Pacific Crest Trail Association and the Outdoor Industry Association.
