Dear Parents and Guardians of Students at Bond Academy,

Bond Academy will be having two Holiday Concerts on Thursday, December 11th, 2014. Each music class and choir has been working very hard on each performance. It is important that all students do their best to attend the concert or let their teacher know if they will be absent in advance.

The first concert will run from 5:30 – 6:30 (approximately) and involve students in Montessori/Kindergarten – Grade three and Grade four (if involved in Junior Choir). The second concert will run from 7:00 – 8:15 (approximately) and involve students in grades four to eight. There will be a thirty-minute intermission with student buskers raising funds for the Junior Council’s charity, The Breakfast Club of Canada.

Students, who wish to stay at school until the start of the concert, will be given an option of a pizza dinner for $5.00. Students who are picked up from school early should arrive back in their classroom no later than thirty minutes before the start of their concert, dressed and ready to go.

Each classroom teacher has sent an e-mail to each parent outlining their child’s class song and costume idea. Please do your best to ensure that your child will have the appropriate costume.

If you have any questions or concerns involving the concert, please do not hesitate to speak to me at school (room 108) or e-mail me (laurah@web.bondacademy.ca). I will be more than happy to address any concerns.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Laura Harvey
