Aggregate Professor of Economics. Currently chair of "Industrial Organization" I and "Asset Pricing" at the University of Rome "Sapienza", where she has also been teaching Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Finance in the Faculties of Economics and Engineering.

Graduated in Statistics (Rome I) she holds the Cambridge UK MPhil in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics. She was Postdoc at Harvard, Faculty of Economics ('93-'95), where she was also teaching fellow in the subjects of Economics and Finance.

Consultant at the Ministry of Treasury ("Experts Council"-1998-2000) and ISAE ("Microsimulation Model of Public Finance Incentives on Firms"- 2001-2002), she also cooperated with physicists as part-time researcher and economist in the innovating fund CFM Paris Sept 2004-June 2007, developing routines to include macro data in real time asset allocation models.

Coming from standard economic theory and statistics background applied to decision making, she is increasingly interested in developing decision making in real data non-standard settings, using simulations. Areas of interests go from bargaining to contracting to macroeconomic implications, also using network settings.

Present interests are in translating standard decision theory into networks framework.

Aside, she is interested in tax evasion as a rational behavior result, when considering the economy as a game theoretic framework.
