Dr. Karzan Saleem Ismael
I am KARZAN SALEEM ISMAEL, Lecturer at Sulaimani Polytechnic University SPU, City Planning Engineering Department. I have PhD degree in Transportation Engineering and Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary, in 2023 with distinction. I earned a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering and Planning, University of Salford/ Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2016 with excellent marks. I also received a BSc in Engineering Urban Planning at Sulaimani Polytechnic University in 2012 with a very good mark.
Publications: I have (10) published articles, (6) conference papers, and (1) published book.
