Shoreline Conference
Scholar Athletes
After many years as a member of the Charter Oak Conference (COC), Portland joined the Shoreline Conference beginning with the 2006-2007 school year. Each year the Shoreline Conference recognizes student-athletes who satisfy the following criteria;
The student-athlete has completed their sophomore, junior, or senior season at a Shoreline Conference member school
The student-athlete received First Team All-Shoreline or All-State recognition during the school year
The student-athlete maintains a cumulative GPA of a B+ or better
The Shoreline Conference Scholar Athlete award is one of the most prestigious awards given by the conference. Since joining the Shoreline Conference during the 2006-2007 season, the following PHS student-athletes have received this award.
